#1Q:  When will my order ship and be delivered?

A:  In order to offer our customers a full selection of amazing products at reasonable prices, many of our items are shipped directly from warehouses throughout the county.  Due to varying transportation procedures at each facility, please check shipping times listed on each individual product description. In the event that a specific item is back-ordered, you will be notified as quickly as possible along with other options for a replacement item. Customers  will be notified via e-mail once their order package has shipped. Please view our Shipping page for detailed information.

#2Q: How to I track my shipment?

A:  Once your package has been submitted to the US Postal Service, Knot The Groom is no longer able to track packages sent First Class or Global Priority. In some countries Global Express packages are able to be tracked. We can not be responsible for mis-delivered, lost or delayed packages to the foreign country.

#3Q:  My bank card shows a holding amount on my online statement.  Has my order shipped?

A: If the credit card information you entered when making your purchase was incorrect, your purchase will not be accepted by Knot The Groom. However, when this happens, many banks will place a holding amount on your account in anticipation of a purchase. If this anticipated purchase is not forthcoming within a set number of days (usually 3, but may vary by bank,) the bank should then release this amount. We will not process your credit card until your order has shipped.

Q:  Do you have a retail store where I can shop?

A:  No. Knot The Groom is strictly an online retailer. We are able to offer our very low prices in part because we do not have to maintain a large brick and mortar facility.

Q:  Do you have a Facebook Page?

Q:  I know I have enough available credit to cover my purchase. So, why was my credit card declined?

A:  It is not uncommon for consumer credit cards to be declined by online merchants because of incorrect billing information.  One of the most common mistakes customers make on check out is entering an incorrect billing address.  It is important that the billing address entered upon checkout match the address where you receive the billing statements for your credit cards.  It is very important for credit card users to understand how merchant bank credit card purchases are processed in order to ensure that they will have the best customer experience possible.

Q:   How do I determine the proper fullness to wear under my bridal gown?

A:   Proper slip fullness it determined by measuring your dress. Compare your dress circumference measurement to the Slip Fullness Guide. This slip guide has ranges, but the main thing is to NOT get a slip fuller then your wedding dress, unless the weight of dress material is very heavy.

Q:  How long does it take my order to ship?

A:  Our direct ship warehouses are located across the United States.  Shipping times vary depending on the location of the warehouse and the customer's ship to location. Please review our full policy for shipping within the Contiguous United States and for International Shipping.

Q:  How is my order shipped?

A:  If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges.

A:  Yes. Contact us as immediately if you find you need to change your shipping address.

International Shipping

Q:  Do you offer shipping outside of the contiguous United States?

A:  Yes. Knot The Groom is delighted to accept international orders! Please check the details of each product to determine whether International Shipping is available for that particular item.  International orders are shipped via US Postal Service First-class Mail, Global Priority or Global Express. You will have the option to select your shipping option at check out. ALL prices are listed are in US Dollars. Payment method is PayPal.

Q:  Can I return my items if I change my mind?

A:  Yes. We are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We make every effort to display pictures and text that will adequately describe each and every fabulous product we carry. On the rare occasion that you are not completely pleased with your purchase when it arrives, we will make every effort to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.  Please review our Return Policy for more information on details and exclusions.

Q:  How do I return items?

A: When returning items, a Return Authorization Number is required, and the returned item must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt. Returns that are postmarked after the wedding date or event are not accepted.  Also, please check to ensure your particular item is not on the Non-Returnable List.
