Order Processing Time
After each order is placed there is a processing time for each shipping option. Depending on what shipping option is chosen will depend on the speed of the processing time. Personalized items take an additional 3 business days to process, regardless of the processing time listed. Please do not schedule fitting or appointment until after you have received your order.
Shipping Time
Our direct ship warehouses are located across the United States. Shipping time vary depending on the location of the warehouse and the customer's ship to location.
Estimated Delivery Date
Depending on your shipping option you will be provided with an estimated delivery date on each of the product pages.
Non-Contiguous United States
Orders ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Virgin Islands will be shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail. Charges for this shipping option is calculated at check out based on weight and handling.
International Orders & Shipping
Knot The Groom is delighted to accept international orders! At this time we are able to ship to Canada, as well as several other countries. Please view our
International Shipping page for details. Shipping charges are calculated at check out. Customers are responsible for customs and dues for packages sent internationally.
Extremely Heavy or Bulky Shipments
Orders that are extremely heavy or bulky may incur additional charges. You will be notified before shipping of order.
Items shipping separately
If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we
may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest
service. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges.
Upgraded Shipping ~ 2 day Rush Shipping
Products may be sent 2 day Rush Shipping for an additional charge and customers can select this option at check out. Please note that 2 day Rush Shipping is ONLY for the shipping. Please
contact KnotTheGroom.com intermediately if you would like to request upgraded shipping after your order has been placed.
Cancellations or Error in Purchase
If you need to cancel an order or an incorrect product was selected, please contact us by 12pm CST the day after your order was completed. We will make every effort to help you get the correct item, but once your order is processed there will be a 20% service fee for the cancellation or changes to your order. Please
