In order to offer our customers fabulous items at reasonable prices, many of our items are shipped directly from warehouses throughout the county. Please check shipping times that are listed on each product. Most orders non-personalized orders are shipped in 2-4 business days, while personalized orders are shipped in 4-7 business day. In the event of a back-ordered item, you will be notified within 24 business hours. You will receive an e-mail confirming that the package has been shipped.

Upgraded Shipping ~ 2 day Rush Shipping
Products may be sent 2 day Rush Shipping for an additional charge and customers can select this option at check out. Please note that 2 day Rush Shipping is ONLY for the shipping.
Cancellations or Error in Purchase
If you need to cancel an order or an incorrect product was selected, please contact us by 12pm CST the day after your order was completed. We will make every effort to help you get the correct item, but once your order is processed there will be a 10% service fee for the cancellation or changes to your order.
